Humandala fluidly blends electronic and organic rhythms, melodies and harmony to facilitate a journey through the many facets of the human experience.

Founded on the musicals musings of Chris Simmens, Humandala expresses the geometry and synchronicity of the human experience. Initially starting as a collection of experimental projects in Ableton, Humandala became an entity of its own upon the completion of its original line up. Consisting of guitar, bass, keyboards, drums and a laptop, Humandala fused live instrumentation with electronic composition. The sound evolved continually over the formative years as did the lineup. Coming to encompass elements of progressive rock and jazz as well jamtronica and four on the floor beats. Ever-evolving and honoring all forms of music, Humandala strives to explore new territory free from the restraints of genre. Blending the synthetic with the organic, the traditional with the undiscovered and the darkness with the light, Humandala captures in music, the experiences that connect us all.
